Grievance Redressal Cell
We have set up an effective issue Redressal Cell and rigorously follow RBI regulations to handle and resolve any kind of issue. We constantly strive to engage in responsible lending, which entails only providing loans that we are confident you will be able to repay and that we will be able to fulfil our commitments in a morally sound way. We never advocate for any form of repressive or coercive healing methods. We will, however, take your complaints seriously and address them within five business days.
